I took my car to Richmond Automotive for what I expected to be a simple road worthy examination and unfortunately, several things required fixing. Having been ripped off my mechanics in the past, my initial feelings were that it was happening again, however Bill has changed that perception. He went through every defect, showing me exactly what was wrong as well as educating me on why these were issues. He really went above and beyond to provide me with a great experience which has restored my faith in mechanics.
I look forward to bringing future cars to Bill at Richmond Automotive as I can trust he will do the right thing by me.

Fantastic mechanic. Practical and down to earth bloke you can trust. Had a rattle in my old Peugeot and he opened up the engine and found it was the fan rattling on the front spoiler. Fixed it in a jiffy with no charge.
